Hartford Hospital’s 2014 Clinical Team of the Year
The 2014 Clinical Team of the Year was the Brownstone Specialty Clinic and GI Endoscopy Team, which increased access to care by reducing the waiting time for colonoscopies from more than a year to less than a month and increasing colonoscopies performed by 48 percent.
Research Administration Team
Hartford Hospital’s 2014 Clinical Support Team of the Year
The Clinical Support Team of the Year was the Research Administration Team, which implemented a system-wide Institutional Review Board and a web-based application that enabled 24/7 access to Hartford HealthCare’s entire inventory of clinical research. Their work has been recognized as a national standard of excellence.
